Live an immersive experience of nature, wine culture, and authentic flavors in the heart of Piedmont. This exclusive activity begins with a guided walk through the vineyards, where you’ll learn about the local grape varieties, the vine’s life cycle, and the differences between conventional, organic, and biodynamic agriculture. Your guide is a passionate expert who will take you through the sensory world of the vineyard—touching leaves and grapes (in season), walking the soil, and hearing the sounds of nature.
After the outdoor lesson, you’ll relax with a local-style aperitif served directly in the vineyard (weather permitting), or in the winery. You’ll enjoy 2 glasses of selected wines from the host winery paired with a generous platter of local artisanal cold cuts, cheeses, grissini, focaccia, and preserves.
The setting is rustic and serene, with cushions and benches among the rows, creating a magical moment perfect for couples, friends, or families—far from the crowds and deep in the authentic countryside of Gavi, Piedmont.
