Here is what's in store for you
Your visit to the Gorgo estate, in the heart of the Custoza wine area, begins in the company of Sofia, the hospitality manager. She will guide you through the winery's spaces, including the wine shop and the garden.
Depending on the weather, the tour continues with a walk among the vines to learn about the vineyard's ecosystem, or moves indoors to the barrique cellar for a closer look at the aging process. Following the tour, you will begin the tasting, held either in the evocative 'barricaia' (barrel room) or directly in the vineyard.
You will taste 5 wines selected from the winery's current labels, which may include whites like Custoza, Chardonnay, and Pinot Grigio, the Chiaretto rosé, and a red like Ripasso. The tasting is accompanied by a board of local products, featuring salame alongside cheeses like Monte Veronese and Asiago.
