At Weingut Potzinger in Southern Styria, guests are welcomed into our family-owned winery. After arrival, we introduce the history of our estate, our family’s 160+ years of winemaking tradition, and the unique vineyards we cultivate across Southern Styria. We share insights into our philosophy, vineyard sites, and the soils that define our wines.
Guests enjoy a guided tasting of six wines, starting with our 1860 Brut Blanc de Blanc or 1860 Brut Rosé. The tasting continues with our classic signature wines — Sauvignon Blanc Tradition, Pinot Blanc Tradition, and Muscat Tradition — followed by two premium single-vineyard expressions: Chardonnay Ried Wielitsch Kapelle and Sauvignon Ried Czamillonberg. Each wine is presented with stories about its origin, vineyard, terroir, and style.
This immersive experience highlights the diversity of Southern Styria, providing a deeper understanding of our vineyards, craftsmanship, and family heritage. You will leave with an authentic connection to the region and to the people behind these distinctive wines.
