Your experience begins in the Borratella tasting room, where a member of the hospitality team will welcome you.
You'll be introduced to the winery’s history and the family's approach to winemaking before starting the main tasting. The focus of the visit is a tasting of three different Chianti Classico DOCG. Tasting them side-by-side is a direct way to understand how this wine evolves over time, comparing the distinct structure and complexity of each year.
For an extra challenge, you can opt for a blind tasting, where the bottles are covered while you try to identify each vintage. If you guess correctly, you'll receive a small gift from the winery.
