Emidio Oggianu's winery is ready to welcome you to the Bosa Malvasia area in western Sardinia for this wine experience.

Wine, cheese and Silvano

It was more than just a wine tasting experience: we had the pleasure of meeting Silvano who took his time not just in explaining the history and function of cultivating the famous Malvasia grape, but also in chatting with us about his beloved home, Sardegna. It was a real treat for us to be able to spend some time just talking as though we were among friends and not simply as tourists (speaking Italian of course doesn’t hurt :-).. Thank you, Silvano for also introducing us to your band, I Caos Calmo! You’re a wonderful singer (able to hit the notes on The Cranberries, Dire Straits and even Bowie, wow!), and we truly enjoyed your band’s performance in the open air on a lovely summer night in Bosa. Mille grazie!

A wonderful, funny and informative experience

Silvano took us on a tour of the vineyards, educating us on what makes the particular wine distinct from other regions, he had the perfect balance of information and good humour, we really enjoyed our time together. He was able to answer any questions we had. Afterwards we went to complete our tasting session which was equally informative and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this authentic experience in Bosa.

Una degustazione ottima composta da un calice di Vermentino e due di Malvasia di Bosa accompagnati da pecorino e amaretti.
Silvano è stato gentile e professionale, e dopo averci mostrato la vigna ci ha accompagnati nella cantina rispondendo con passione a ogni nostra domanda.
Una splendida esperienza che consigliamo!

Señor muy atento, servicial y simpatico.
La guía fue muy interesante y nos demostró su pasión por la viña y el vino.
La ubicación del lugar es preciosa, a 300mts del mar, el cual se ve de la finca.
La guía es en italiano o inglés, nosotros la hicimos en italiano sin saber mucho pero se esforzó mucho para que lo entendiéramos y estuviéramos cómodos.
