Immerse yourself in the flavors of Sannio with this Wine & Food experience at Ca'Stelle!

Taste our wines paired with dishes from our restaurant - Seduta 1807. The dishes will be described by our Executive Chef Ubaldo Pucillo while Mariano Assini, co-founder of the Ca'Stelle winery, will explain the history and emotions of an authentic territory and let you discover some secrets.

This tasting tour starts with a visit to the Ca'Stelle winery, including the production premises, and, weather permitting, a drive around the vineyards through the vine-covered hills of Castelvenere and neighboring villages. During the tour of the vineyards, the history of the area will be illustrated alongside the grape varieties that characterize it.

Upon return, the Executive Chef of our restaurant - Seduta 1807 - will welcome you and guide you through a culinary journey of sublime quality, characterized by a 5-course menu (entreé, appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert). Our guests typically rely on the Chef, after giving some indications about their preferences. Each course will be paired with a wine (or more!), and a description of the pairing will follow.
