Wine tour and light lunch experience at Palmento Costanzo

What a great experience my family and I had here! We were welcomed into the vineyard waiting area and offered drinks after our journey. Whilst waiting for the other members of the group, we were able to relax in the very comfortable seating area which was nice. We were then given a tour around the vineyard by a very knowledgeable lady (apologies, I forgot you name) who educated us in the different ways of growing grapes and the maintenance of the land. She answered every question we had, without hesitation. Then, it was on to the wine tasting which, again, was very informative. With each wine we were provided with a different type of food which was a lovely surprise as we were only expecting bread, cheese and cold meats! We enjoyed ourselves so much here and were not hurried whatsover, we were allowed the time to enjoy the breathtaking views from the great big windows! I would not hesitate in recommending Palmento Costanzo!

We are funs of wine tasting, so we had few around the world. The thing is , thelis was the best. Definitely worth taking and I recomand having the full tasting with lunch included.
So, we learned a lot about the wines of Edna, we visited the impresive production area. Cosimo, our guide was very professional and generous in explaining everything and unswering all our questions. We tasted more wines then writen on the offer and enjoyed all of them very much. The lunch was extremely tasty and prepared with talent and good ingredients. So , wonderful experience. Many thanks to Cosimo and the team.
This is for only a sugestion in organizing. Maybe for some visitors 3,5 hours is a bit long for their schedule, even with lunch. But this is only our opinion.

Esperienza gradevole e molto interessante. La visita inizia con una passeggiata nel vigneto. Successivamente ci si sposta all'interno del palmento, visitando la struttura. Molto competente, la ragazza che ci ha accompagnato e guidato durante la visita. Pranzo con degustazione vini di qualità. Location che trasmette tranquillità, perfetta per una giornata di relax.

Io e il mio compagno siamo arrivati da Palmento Costanzo con tantissime aspettative… e che dire, ogni aspettativa é stata superata. Bellissima la vista, perfetta la spiegazione e la visita del vigneto, squisiti i vini. Lo staff davvero preparato e gentilissimo. Bellissima esperienza
Sarebbe utile dedicare uno spazio per un ipotetico pernottamento delle persone che desiderano rimanere

Will definitely visit this winery again. Apart from the great wine and food, the hosts were very attentive & welcoming, providing any information or replies to our questions regarding both wine and food. Visit was memorable with beautiful scenery.

La cantina es hermosa! desde la entrada uno intuye que se llevará una agradable sorpresa.
Llegamos temprano y nos recibieron con suma dedicacion, tuvimos una visita al viñedo y la bodega con la guia de Cristina que se mostró gran conocedora, experta, y atenta al detalle de su producto y nuestras inquietudes, con una exquisita consideracion a nuestro idioma.
Las vistas al Etna y La alcántara son increibles.
Luego tuvimos una degustacion de 4 vinos y su maridaje acorde que nos dejó altamente satisfechos y saciados... para finalizar con postre tipico siciliano y un cafe en la terraza con vistas al viñedo.
Encontramos el vino que estabamos buscando, con estructura, taninos, cuerpo, aroma y todas las propiedades que le da una gran reserva de 2 años em barrica y 1 año en botella... definitivamente recomendable experiencia!!!.
Quiero agradecer nuevamente a Cristina, Gloria, Elisa y todo el Staff por la atencion, la paciencia, la elegancia y compromiso para todos sus clientes... volveremos y pediremos envios a nuestro pais!
