For the main course, guests may choose between two classic Tuscan dishes: fresh tagliolini with truffle, prepared following a traditional recipe that highlights the elegance of this prized ingredient, or delicate ravioli dressed with butter and sage, a simple yet refined combination that brings out the richness of the pasta. This course is served with Chianti Riserva “Caulio”, a red wine that perfectly complements the depth and warmth of Tuscan cuisine.

Esperienza eccellente! Abbiamo usufruito del tour con aperitivo e light lunch (2 persone, sabato di fine ottobre) ed è stato veramente piacevole. Aperitivo di taglieri (inaspettatamente abbondanti!) sulla terrazza esterna con un panorama incantevole sulle colline senesi, pranzo con tagliolini al tartufo e dolce. Tutto accompagnato da una varietà di ottimi vini (e vin santo), vere star della giornata. Il tour della tenuta, che ha incluso sia la cantina sia il vigneto, è stato entusiasmante e molto informativo. Una nota positiva anche per l'ottimo servizio, visto che nonostante la molta clientela non abbiamo dovuto attendere né siamo mai stati trascurati. 5 su 5!

Regalato per un compleanno, siamo stati veramente bene. Personale molto gentile e disponibile,buoni vini bianchi e rossi, e interessante visita alla cantina con ottimo pranzo

Amazing view! Lovely staff! Great food and wine.
I just do not give 5 stars as the pasta was a bit disappointing: bit overcooked, not very moisty and I could not feel the truffle flavour… everything else was amazing.
In a separate note, the wines and items in the shop are overpriced. I found the honey and truffle in another shop, tourist area that is normally more expensive… but still was 1/2 price.
I believe if the prices were fair they would sell more as nobody was buying anything

Todo excelente! A pesar que por alguna razón no tenían nuestra reserva que teníamos por medio de Winedering, nos atendieron muy muy bien. La atención y amabilidad de Giacomo fue fantástica. Recomendado 200%
