Enjoy a wine tasting and tour at Villa Mangiacane, located in the heart of Chianti Classico.
The experience begins with a tour of the vineyards adjacent to the historic Villa Mangiacane, designed by the famous Michelangelo Buonarroti, and the location where Machiavelli wrote "The Prince.", boasting a view of Florence.
Then, the tour continues with a visit to the winery, followed by a tasting in our new dedicated room. You will have the opportunity to taste 3 red wines (1 Chianti Classico DOCG, 1 Chianti Classico Docg Riserva, and 1 IGT) accompanied by PDO olive oil, fresh bread, and crackers. There is also the possibility of completing your tasting with a mixed board of cheese and cold cuts with an extra charge per person.

Informative and friendly
It's a great little winery with some really nice wine and nice informal feel. Plus the wine is very nice.
Improve the signs once at the car park to tell people where to go for winery tours would help.

Peccato la guida, poco informata, presentazione povera e quasi del tutto nulla. L’unica spiegazione fatta riguardava le composizioni in percentuale dei vari vini. Guida taciturna con molti silenzi imbarazzanti. Le spiegazioni avute erano risposte alle nostre domande, zero iniziativa. Peccato veramente
Preparate maggiormente la guida all’esposizione e all’accoglienza. La giustificazione alla mancanza di risposte ad alcune domande è stata: “manca il collega che si occupa di ciò, io gestisco gli eventi”
