Novaia, an organic, family-run winery located in the Marano Valley, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, is ready to welcome you for a unique tasting experience!
This experience at Novaia begins with a visit to one of the estate's organic vineyards, with an explanation of the terroir, the principles of organic farming, the native grape varieties, and the delicate process of selecting, harvesting, and processing grapes in Valpolicella.
This will be followed by a visit to Corte Vaona, with the historic winery and the ancient stone-carved barrel cellar where the wines age.
After the tour, you will have the opportunity to taste thr organic wines produced by Novaia, all great DOC and DOCG classics of Valpolicella: Classico, Ripasso, Superiore, Amarone, and Recioto, as well as the organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced in-house. The wines will be accompanied by a selection of traditional local products, such as cheese and cold cuts.
You can choose between two options for this tasting:
- Tasting of 4 wines: 20€ per person
- Tasting of 6 wines: 30€ per person
