Live an authentic wine tasting experience in Val d’Orcia at Atrivm Winery, a relaxed and welcoming family-run estate located in Montalcino (Siena, Tuscany, Italy). Your journey begins with a welcome toast featuring either a crisp white wine or the elegant Bulles Rosé Classic Method. As your hosts introduce you to the philosophy of FIVI – Italian Federation of Independent Vintners, you will learn what makes Atrivm’s artisanal approach unique in the heart of Tuscany.
You will then enjoy a scenic walk through the vineyards, surrounded by rows of Sangiovese and centuries-old olive trees where the winery’s bee families graze freely. The experience continues inside the fermentation cellar and the evocative barrel room, where Atrivm’s red wines mature slowly to achieve depth and elegance.
The tour ends in the tasting room, where you will enjoy a guided tasting of 3 Atrivm red wines: starting with the red IGT Asso, followed by Orcia Sangiovese DOC and the refined Orcia Sangiovese Riserva DOC. The tasting is paired with a rich board of local cold cuts, cheese, bruschetta with Atrivm’s extra virgin olive oil, and honey produced directly from the estate’s beehives.

Azienda agricola a gestione familiare.
Ci hanno accolto con semplicità, simpatia e professionalità.
Sfortunatamente il vigneto era in ripresa dalla settimana di pioggia ma l’ esperienza nella cantina e le minuziose spiegazioni del processo di lavorazione sono state comunque molto interessanti.
Abbiamo degustato 4 tipologie di vino ed un tagliere molto ricco di salumi e formaggi locali.
Calcolando la stagione , l’ esperienza é andata oltre le nostre aspettative.

L'esperienza in questa cantina è stata fantastica , i proprietari trasmettono nel vero senso della parola la passione e l'impegno costante e giornaliero che dedicano alla loro azienda, facendoti immergere nella loro "piccola" realtà, ed il risultato a mio giudizio é ottimo.
