The Wine Tasting & Tour at Pomaio is a one-of-a-kind experience in the heart of Tuscany. Over 1.5 hours, you’ll be immersed in our philosophy of sustainable winemaking and high-quality organic wines.
Most of the tour takes place outdoors, starting in the vineyards, where you'll learn about eco-friendly cultivation techniques. Then, we’ll guide you through our state-of-the-art ECO-Green cellar, which is among Tuscany’s 12 most beautiful design wineries. Here, you’ll gain insight into our vinification techniques and sustainable production methods.
The experience ends with a guided tasting of 4 organic wines, carefully paired with handcrafted local delicacies, including pecorino cheese and cured meats.
Our goal is to provide not just a tasting, but an educational experience, offering tips on wine appreciation that will enrich your passion for wine and food.
