Wine tasting & Light Lunch or Dinner at Firriato

This innovative format combines the guided tasting of a selection of Firriato wines with the possibility of enjoying an intriguing and tasty Light Lunch or Dinner.

At the Cavanera Etnea Resort, the spirit of this proposal is centered on the review of some traditional Sicilian dishes, made with raw materials at zero km. 

You'll be able to choose between 2 options, deciding whether you prefer pasta (Sciara wine Experience) or a fish or meat second course (Ossidiana Wine Experience).

The Sciara wine & lunch experience, including 4 wines and 3 courses:
- Flan of "caliceddi" and ricotta cheese, pumpkin and orange velouté with herb emulsion and crispy guanciale
- Trenette pasta with broccoletti alla palermitana, strain sausage, saffron cream and toasted breadcrumbs 
- The typical Ricotta Cannoli with Pistacchio di Bronte

The Ossidiana wine & Lunch/Dinner experience, including 4 wines and 3 courses:
- Flan of "caliceddi" and ricotta cheese, pumpkin and orange velouté with herb emulsion and crispy guanciale
- Second course to choose from:
Meat main course: Beef cheek with potato pie and herbs with smoked scamorza cheese and seasonal vegetables
Fish main course: Fish of the day lightly seared in "Agghiotta" sauce with date tomatoes, capers, olives and concasse potatoes 
- The typical Ricotta Cannoli with Pistacchio di Bronte
