The tasting is accompanied by a hearty plate of traditional Palatine specialties, including Saumagen, bratwurst, meat dumpling, sauerkraut, and fresh bread—an authentic culinary experience that celebrates the region. Still water is provided throughout the tasting to cleanse the palate between wines. Weather permitting, the tasting takes place on our sunny terrace, offering stunning views over the picturesque vineyards of the Southern Palatinate and creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy.
