During your visit, marvel at the architectural diversity of five meticulously restored underground cellars, each with a storied past and a glimpse into the dream that Juan Carlos once harbored. These cellars are a testament to Tovar's rich heritage and dedication to preserving history.

Discover the soul of Tovar through its grape varieties, cultivated in century-old vineyards dating back to 1869. These vines yield unique wines that reflect the terroir of the region.

Indulge in the tasting of two exquisite wines: a refreshing Rosé, emblematic of the Cigales region, and a robust Red Crianza, aged for 11 months in oak barrels. A local appetizer, curated to complement the wines, accompanies the tasting, promising moments of joy, camaraderie, and appreciation for the storied history of winemaking.

If the experience takes place at noon, the appetizer will consist of semi-cured cheese, chorizo, and/or salami with walnuts and raisins. If, on the other hand, it takes place at 5:00 p.m., it will be accompanied by chocolate and semi-cured cheese.

After your visit, we invite you to our wine bar where you can enjoy our wines and have a bite to eat. Here, you can indulge in as much wine as you'd like to purchase. You can order by the bottle (if you've taken the tour, corkage is complimentary, otherwise it's €5) or by the glass. We invite you to linger and savor the flavors of our wines in a relaxed atmosphere.
