Tour and Wine Tasting at Domaine Clau du Sol in the Cévennes Foothills

Your experience at Domaine Clau du Sol begins with a personal welcome from Loïc, the winemaker. He will guide you on a walk through the vineyards, introducing you to the grape varieties grown on the estate and explaining their unique characteristics in the Cévennes foothills terroir.

The tour continues in the cellar, where you will learn about the winemaking techniques used at the estate. The visit concludes in the tasting room for a guided tasting of six wines of your choice from the estate’s IGP Cévennes range.

Depending on your selection, you may taste white blends of Vermentino, Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc, and Sauvignon; a 100% Chardonnay aged in stainless steel; a Vermentino pét-nat; a Blanc de Noirs from Grenache and Vermentino; a 100% Grenache red; red blends of Syrah and Grenache; or a 100% Syrah rosé.

Grape juice is available for children. At the end of the tasting, you will have the opportunity to purchase any wines you particularly enjoyed.
