Here is what's in store for you
At Zeyssolff Winery, the experience begins in the cellar with a welcome glass of wine, followed by an informative video explaining the Alsace winemaking process, adapted for children.
Guests are then guided through the family cellar dating back to 1850, where century-old oak barrels still used in wine production can be discovered. Following the complete organic conversion of the estate in 2020, the cellar was renovated to create a new scenographic space. The visit features a 180° immersive video projected directly onto the historic barrels, an experience unique in France. The film shares the winery’s personal history and philosophy, enhanced by sound design and selective video mapping for total immersion.
The tasting continues in the new tasting room and 100% immersive restaurant, where lounge music and projected images create a unique atmosphere blending wine and tourism. The meal includes a cup of homemade soup, a slice of meat pie cooked with Riesling, accompanied by assorted salads, and a slice of kougelhopf with bibelaskaes (Alsatian cottage cheese). The experience concludes with coffee or tea. Each course is paired with a glass of wine from the estate.
For children, a dedicated menu is available, including knacks (local sausages), vegetable chips, a drink, and dessert. Children may also attend without prior registration and choose a menu directly on site. A guide is available throughout the visit to converse and answer any questions.
