Explore the authentic flavors of Mount Etna through a guided wine tasting at Eterna Vigneti, a sustainable winery located in the heart of the Etna DOC area. The estate’s wines are born from the volcanic soils and crafted with care and respect for nature, embodying the essence of the Etnean terroir.
You will taste three iconic expressions of the volcano:
- Etna Bianco DOC – A mineral and enveloping white wine with citrus and floral notes, reflecting the brightness of Etna’s vineyards
- Etna Rosato DOC – A fresh, elegant rosé with aromas of red berries and wildflowers, representing the delicate soul of the volcano
- Etna Rosso DOC – A structured and harmonious red wine with hints of cherry, sweet spices, and volcanic ash, showcasing the true character of the land
The tasting is enhanced by traditional Etnean bread, freshly baked and seasoned with organic extra virgin olive oil produced from olive groves surrounding the vineyards, creating a perfect fusion of local scents and flavors.
