Here is what's in store for you
This wine experience at the Alepa Winery will take you on a magical journey back to Grandma's kitchen and let you live half a day like a real winemaker.
Together you will prepare simple, hearty dishes that you can then make again at home and pass down the recipes to the next generation. Of course, you will use the freshest local ingredients. Together you will pick fresh seasonal vegetables from the estate gardens, and then visit the local dairy to buy fresh mozzarella cheese.
Once back at the winery, you will prepare typical Campanian dishes prepared with produce from Alepa's garden, all accompanied by a tasting of 2 different wines from the winery.
