4 A Beautifully Balanced Experience of History, Nature, and Wine (Jasper)We chose the Da Vinci route, which takes you on a scenic walk around the entire vineyard. There’s something truly special about this place — a unique blend of history, nature, and winemaking, with the added magic of standing where Leonardo da Vinci is said to have conceived the idea of the Mona Lisa. To also be able to actually taste the grapes directly from the vine is amazing as well. Be aware though, the trail is quite physical, with some steep climbs, so I’d only recommend it if you’re in good shape and comfortable walking uphill. The experience ended perfectly with a wine tasting beautifully paired with local cured meats and cheeses. We sampled two red wines and one sparkling, each carefully matched to highlight the region’s character. If you’re in the area — and up for the walk — this is an absolute must-do. (Pictures are unfortunately only part of the tour. Much more to see.)

5 Fantastic (Michael)I have to say, a 360-degree visit of everything a winery can include. We visited the whole territory, doing a little trek accessible to everyone and admiring all the fantastic hidden corners of the property: the path through the vineyards, the bottling area... In short, the good Guido (a fantastic person), with his experience and dedication, really pampered us; besides knowing so much about wine, plants, and the territory, he also gave us a great history lesson! To then finish with a complete tasting, from the excellent white and red wine to a lot of various treats like honey of their own production, oil, cheeses, and cured meats!! A highly recommended experience in all respects!

The walk among the cellar, vines, olive trees, beehives, and secrets of the former Gheza estate, built in the 20th century. Andrea, Marco, and the Bignotti parents have not only transformed it into a great passion, but through their stories, they involved us in their dreams. Savoring your wines, in your 'home', was a beautiful experience made of taste, passions, and dreams. Thank you.

(Chiara)The Bignotti - Cultivar delle Volte winery offers a 360° immersion into what was once the residential complex of a local lawyer, who, among other things, had a passion for viticulture, and which today has been taken over by a family passionate about and dedicated to the land and to Camunian products. It seems like a place out of this world for the blend of nature and man, a small oasis that aims to offer the visitor a complete experience, made even more pleasant by the courtesy and professionalism of Giorgio and his sons. The wines are relatively young but satisfy the nose and palate, creating new memories.
