Three friends, one passion: beer KAUSS Craft Brewery was founded by three friends and partners on April 23, 2012, after years of work in search of authentic flavors and after defining a clear strategic product line. The chosen date for the coronation of the dream wants to be a tribute to the Reinheizgebot, the Law of Purity of bavarian beer (23rd of April, 1516) from which KAUSS is inspired by the idea of high quality, simple and genuine, but never banal beers. From the beginning, the three founding friends and partners wanted to produce a beer linked to the local economy and its origins, respectful of nature and intransigent on the quality and authenticity of raw materials. The Craft Brewery finds space in the rural building of the family of Luigi (the master brewer), renovated ad hoc to be the plant production, with spaces and excellent development opportunities.

KAUSS Rossa is strongly linked to its territory but knows no boundaries. Its strength is simplicity. Let yourself be enchanted by Rossa's character: the ruby red color, the strong and well-balanced bitterness, the notes of caramel, and the soft sweetness, make it versatile and special in every moment. ZUMA Barley and hops cultivated and expertly processed near the brewery in the territory of the Province of Cuneo (Piedmont) give life to this high-quality beer. KAUSS Rossa is strongly linked to its territory but knows no boundaries. Its strength is simplicity. Zuma, a beer with intense brown color, with wheat. Round, sweet and fruity, with a dry taste in the finish. It is complex and always tantalizing, ideal as a meditation beer, and perfect at all times to celebrate.
