About Winery and Wines
Ca’ Vescovado is a historic winery located in the renowned wine region of Veneto, where the tradition of winemaking has been alive since the mid-1900s. With deep roots in the land and a strong connection to the rhythms of nature, the winery blends ancient winemaking techniques with the innovation of 4.0 technology. Our cellar, housed in a carefully restored red stone farmhouse typical of the Venetian-Friulian countryside, is a symbol of our commitment to preserving the uniqueness of our territory. Every stage of the winemaking process—carried out by expert hands with patience and precision—is guided by a deep respect for the raw material and the natural passage of time. Sustainability is central to our philosophy, as a gesture of gratitude toward the land that generously offers us its fruits.
At Ca’ Vescovado, we offer a wide and diverse portfolio of wines that reflect both the richness of our region and our dedication to quality. Our sparkling wines include Prosecco, Ribolla Gialla, Rosé Cuvée, and Metodo Classico Rosé, all made using the Charmat or Champenoise methods. We also produce innovative Free Alcohol Wines for those seeking a lighter option. Our still whites range from aromatic varieties like Sauvignon Blanc, Malvasia, Traminer, and Ribolla Gialla, to structured expressions such as Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, and Lison DOCG. The rosé Adele adds freshness and elegance, while our reds include Merlot, Pinot Nero, Cabernet Franc, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, and prestigious reserves like Telemaco, Bronte, and the blend 2310 - Vitae. We also produce the sweet Verduzzo, ensuring there's a wine for every palate.
