Piccola cantina gestita con attenzione e passione. Prodotti ottimi e vari (non solo vino). La degustazione era accompagnata da un ottimo tagliere.

Magari potrebbero inserire nel tagliere della degustazione anche le loro confetture dolci/salate che poi sono disponibili per la vendita.

Visita al vigneto e alla cantina meravigliosa. Alex davvero coinvolgente nel raccontare la storia della cantina, della sua famiglia e dei brillanti progetti per il futuro. Abbiamo proseguito con la degustazione dei vini, tutti eccellenti (Remu e Freisa davvero sublimi) per concludere in bellezza con il pranzo.
Bravi ragazzi, torneremo sicuramente.
Freisa e Remu da provare assolutamente!

About Winery and Wines

The Dellerba family produces Italian wine, and for years they have been passionately cultivating their vineyards on the Santa Brigida hill in the Piedmont region of Italy. Their ethics focus on the utmost respect for the environment, which is why they recycle manure produced by their Piedmontese cattle herd as a natural fertilizer for the vineyards. Following this philosophy, moreover, the rows of vines do not undergo invasive tillage, they are only disked to promote greater soil respiration and the infiltration of rainwater, which thus goes to enrich the underground aquifers. Even in the winery, Cantina Dellerba follows a green logic, using electricity from solar panels and stainless steel barrels that allow obtaining the highest quality of our wine. Another notable feature in the rooms the wooden barrels are stored is the lava stone on which the surrounding walls rest and from which veins of water gush out, promoting a high percentage of humidity in the environment.

Cantina Dellerba pays excellent attention to respecting the environment, in the vineyard and in the winery. Their ethics require them to cultivate following healthy and genuine principles. They currently produce four labels from their Freisa, Favorita, and Barbera vineyards: Pinerolese DOC Freisa Piemonte DOC Favorita Barbera Pinerolese DOC Rosso Pinerolese DOC
