For years, the Dellerba family has cultivated their vineyards with an ethical philosophy that prioritizes sustainability and natural harmony. They recycle manure from their Piedmontese cattle as natural fertilizer and avoid invasive soil tillage to encourage better soil respiration and water infiltration, enriching underground aquifers. In the winery, they uphold their green principles, utilizing solar energy and stainless steel barrels to produce wines of the highest quality. A distinctive feature of their cellar is the lava stone walls, from which veins of water flow, creating the perfect humidity for aging their wines. Our labels come from the native Piedmontese grape varieties Freisa, Barbera, Doux d'Henry and Malvasia Moscata. Our selection includes the Pinerolese DOC Freisa, a red wine with robust character; the Pinerolese DOC Malvasia, an aromatic and fresh white; the Barbera, a bold and rich red; the Pinerolese DOC Rosso, a blend that highlights the distinct qualities of our terroir, and the Doux d'Henry, a kind of grape that you can find just in Pinerolo. Each wine embodies our commitment to environmental stewardship and the timeless traditions of Piedmont winemaking.
