L'incontro coi fratelli Dell'Erba è stata un'esperienza emozionante: due ragazzi giovani simpatici, preparati ed innamorati della loro attività con un grande senso dell'ospitalità.
L'amore per il territorio li ha portati a reimpianto vitigni autoctoni un po' dimenticati che danno, tramite la loro attenzione ed applicazione dei prodotti di ottimo livello, mantenendo prezzi accessibili.

Abbiamo fatto un pranzo e una degustazione di vini fantastici. Il personale è stato fantastico e il cibo semplicemente fantastico. Consiglio vivamente questa esperienza intima e familiare.

Questa giovane azienda vitivinicola nel Pinerolese rappresenta una vera gemma nascosta. La perfetta combinazione di cibo eccellente, vino di qualità superiore e un'accoglienza calorosa rende la visita un'esperienza memorabile e assolutamente da non perdere per tutti gli amanti del vino e della buona tavola. Non vedo l'ora di poter tornare per vivere nuovamente questa splendida esperienza!

Piccola cantina gestita con attenzione e passione. Prodotti ottimi e vari (non solo vino). La degustazione era accompagnata da un ottimo tagliere.

Magari potrebbero inserire nel tagliere della degustazione anche le loro confetture dolci/salate che poi sono disponibili per la vendita.

Visita al vigneto e alla cantina meravigliosa. Alex davvero coinvolgente nel raccontare la storia della cantina, della sua famiglia e dei brillanti progetti per il futuro. Abbiamo proseguito con la degustazione dei vini, tutti eccellenti (Remu e Freisa davvero sublimi) per concludere in bellezza con il pranzo.
Bravi ragazzi, torneremo sicuramente.
Freisa e Remu da provare assolutamente!
