La recente degustazione di vini a cui ho avuto il piacere di partecipare è stata un’esperienza che ha saputo unire eleganza, competenza e passione in un connubio perfettamente armonioso. Ogni calice raccontava una storia, trasportando i presenti attraverso terre generose e sapientemente coltivate, dove il tempo e la cura artigianale hanno dato vita a vini di straordinaria qualità.
La selezione proposta era equilibrata e raffinata: bianchi freschi e minerali, rossi intensi e avvolgenti, fino ad arrivare a sorprendenti etichette da meditazione. Ogni vino è stato accompagnato da spiegazioni dettagliate, ma mai pesanti, che hanno arricchito l’esperienza senza mai appesantirla.
Un plauso speciale all’organizzazione, impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto, e alla competenza di chi ha guidato la degustazione: traspariva una profonda conoscenza del mondo enologico, unita alla capacità di coinvolgere anche i meno esperti con passione e chiarezza.
Un’esperienza che consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia scoprire il vino non solo come bevanda, ma come espressione di cultura, territorio ed emozione.

8 calici di vino sono davvero tanti, tutti estremamente buoni, inoltre i taglieri che ci hanno servito erano davvero abbondanti, abbiamo molto più che pranzato.
