Casale Vallechiesa Winery is one of the most innovative wineries in Lazio, with over a century of experience in winemaking. Located in the province of Rome, in Frascati, the winery is a producer of indigenous and sustainable volcanic wines. Over the years, the winery has evolved, transitioning from the traditional "wine cart" to utilizing cutting-edge blockchain technology to enhance both the customer experience and the production process. We have truly modernized, moving from the wine cart to the blockchain in our cellar!
Our wines boast a strong mineral component and marked sapidity, a characteristic of the volcanic soils that make our products unique. Additionally, a natural spring found in our vineyards further enriches the fertility of the land and enhances the properties of our wines.
The company is located in the heart of the Frascati area where for thousands of years the cultivation of vines, in addition to the economic aspects, has strong links with art and good living and excellent gastronomy a few kilometers from Rome. Frascati, Doc and Docg, Cannellino di Frascati Docg (a particular late harvest), Malvasia Puntinata Bianca Igt, Bombino Bianco Igt, Cesanese Igt and Roma Dop, Syrah Igt, represent some of our most important wines .
