Castello di Stefanago is a family owned winery manteined for generations.The grapes are grown in several small plots, chosen for soil composition and sun exposure.20 hectars of vineyards are spread among farmlands, meadows and woods.

The organic cultivation preserves vitality and balance in the soil, versatile vines produce a diverse variety of grapes.

The wine cellar lies below the 11th century tower.

Every year through careful observation and precise timing the unique characters of the vines and of each vintage are unveiled.
