Had a wonderful wine tasting/pairing with an extensive charcuterie board. The service was excellent and the presentation was both informative and interesting.

We really enjoyed our time at the winery. The food was okey but the tour was amazing. We had some problem with our booking but we got the best help from the staff which we really appreciated.
We would like to taste more traditional Sicilian food with the wines. That would be wonderful but other than that, no.

L’esperienza sensoriale spettacolare, ottimo vino e pranzo. La passione del sommelier unica e piacevolissima.
L’organizzazione può migliorare: a volte il vino seguiva di 10 minuti la portata corrispondente o la spiegazione. La visita alle cantine si è fatta attendere per troppo tempo allungando l’esperienza da 2 a 4 ore. Tempo piacevolissimo ma non previsto e quindi difficile da gestire con glia altri impegni della giornata

Spinti dalla curiosità di degustare i vini di questa cantina, io e i miei amici ci siamo imbattuti in una maestosa esperienza plurisensoriale. Partendo dell'oganizzazione e tempistiche che reputo impeccabili, il sommelier oltre che simpatico e competente è stato capace di proiettarci in un'atmosfera davvero inaspettata di emozioni. Location fantastica. Decisamente consigliato

Me and my fiancé had a great experience.

Roberto welcome us as if we were good friends and taught us about Firriato, the wine, the production and the lands.

Everything was perfect, the lunch was great too and we are planning to come back again in winter to discover these wonderful lands on another season.

Kind and welcomed

Roberto was our guide during this evening.
He is very kind and the he explained us very interesting things about the wines and the grapes which made the tasting much more intense.
The food is awesome, but if you take the salami cheese plate, that’s almost enough for a dinner meal. Our belly’s almost exploded because we ordered other dishes in advance additionally.

It was a nice experience and I can recommend the wine tasting at that winery.

We had a great time. The wine was excellent and the Sommelier, Roberto was excellent. His English was strong and he was very informative. We walked away with three cases of wine and a bottle of olive oil. Wonderful afternoon.

At Cavanera Etnea Estate, Firriato crafts wines that reflect the rich volcanic soils of Etna. The winemaking process is immediate, preserving the raw excellence of the grapes. Whites are pressed, and reds are destemmed and macerated using state-of-the-art machinery, preserving the unique characteristics of the grapes. Red wines are aged in French oak barriques, and the estate also specializes in traditional method sparkling wines. Each wine reflects the terroir's complexity, with refined flavors and aromas unique to this volcanic region.
