Nestled in the mountains of Alicante, Celler la Muntanya is more than just a winery; it's a movement dedicated to preserving the rich viticultural heritage of the region.

As pioneers in the Smallholder movement, their mission is to restore and replant abandoned native vineyards, ensuring fair compensation for our growers while intertwining our efforts with the culture and education of the land. The estate's vineyards, located in the municipalities surrounding Muro d’Alcoy, are a part of the ancient Mediterranean ecosystem, reflecting a deep connection to the landscape, heritage, and biodiversity of l’Alcoià, the Comtat, and the Vall d’Albaida regions. Celler la Muntanya practices viticulture with a focus on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), striving for economic, social, environmental, and cultural sustainability. Certified as varietal wines and a proud member of the Slow Food Valencia movement, Celler la Muntanya offers an experience that is deeply rooted in tradition, innovation, and the passion for producing wines that tell the story of the land. 

Celler la Muntanya offers wines that capture the essence of the Mediterranean landscape and its rich heritage. The Iron Bridge Wine White is a blend of Malvasía and Pedro Ximénez, characterized by citrus and mature fruit notes, with a serious and elegant profile. The Iron Bridge Wine red blend, with Monastrell, Garnacha Tintorera, and Giró, displays deep, intense flavors with balsamic and mineral undertones. Albir is a delicate white wine with stone fruit aromas and a touch of French oak. The naturally sweet Celler la Muntanya Dolç showcases raisins, honey, and caramel, balanced by refreshing acidity.

Other notable wines include Beni, a complex white wine with citrus and floral notes, and Lliure Albir, a blend of Malvasía, Garnacha Blanca, and Merseguera, offering a vibrant and persistent palate. Minifundi is a playful red with marked fruitiness, while Paquito el Chocolatero is a tribute wine blending Monastrell and Garnacha Tintorera, offering fresh, fruity flavors. The powerful Tintorera highlights the intensity of Garnacha Tintorera, and Bonicaire expresses a light, easy-drinking style with a touch of French oak. Each wine tells a story of tradition, care, and the passionate pursuit of excellence, offering something special for every palate.
