About the Winery
Quinta da Chouza is located in Celorico de Basto and is an enotourism and agritourism estate covering 5.4 hectares. Of this, 2.5 hectares are dedicated to the production of Vinho Verde and sparkling wines, while three rooms are available for tourist accommodation.
The property also includes a winery, a sparkling wine cellar, and a tasting room, where a variety of wine experiences are offered.
About the Wines
Quinta da Chouza’s wines are produced from local grape varieties of the region, including Arinto, Trajadura, and Padeiro de Basto, as well as Alvarinho.
The still wine range includes Arinto & Trajadura, Alvarinho & Trajadura, Rosé Padeiro de Basto, and Arinto.
The sparkling wine portfolio features Brut, Reserva Brut, and Super Reserva Brut (all made from Arinto), as well as a Rosé Reserva Brut and a Reserva Meio Seco.
