About the Wines
Since 1605, the Fabre Family vineyards have flourished in Languedoc, expanding to include five châteaux. Rooted in sustainable practices and a dedication to organic cultivation, the Fabre family produces over 30 organic wines, with careful plot selection and mastery in winemaking. Their portfolio spans IGP Pays d'Oc, AOC Languedoc, AOC Corbières, AOC Minervois, and Cru Boutenac wines. Each bottle reflects a respect for the land and a passion for revealing the essence of their terroirs through authentic and skillful vinification.
