About Winery and Wines

Château des Lèbres is located on the edge of the Cévennes, at the foot of Banne, a village of character.

Sébastien Strohl de Pouzols, the 8th generation on the estate, runs this six-hectare family vineyard planted on a terroir that has long been renowned.
The château's old cellars, dating back to the 16th century, have been refurbished to welcome you and let you taste the estate's organic IGP Ardèche wines.

As part of our commitment to bringing this exceptional site to life and sharing our passion for wine, we organise a number of events throughout the year.

The château's cellars, which date back to the 16th century, have been renovated to welcome visitors and enable them to taste the organic wines produced on the estate, classified as IGP Ardèche, a fine terroir of Rhone Valley wines. By opting for organic viticulture, Château des Lèbres is committed to producing wines that respect the environment and biodiversity. The grape varieties grown in our vineyards are Grenache, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Marselan and Vermentino. Old vines grow alongside younger ones in this beautiful Ardèche landscape.
