Nestled in the heart of Provence, Château Margüi is a boutique winery cultivated with organic farming since 1999 and entirely hand-harvested. Spanning 20 hectares of vineyards, 5 hectares of terraced olive groves, and 65 hectares of forest, the estate is a sanctuary of biodiversity and sustainable viticulture.
In 2017, Château Margüi became part of Skywalker Vineyards, the prestigious collection of wineries owned by George Lucas, further enriching its legacy while maintaining its deep-rooted connection to the land. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, the estate produces wines in all three colors, carefully crafted to reflect the authenticity of Provence’s terroir.
Every bottle of Château Margüi is a testament to the estate’s philosophy: a harmonious balance between tradition, innovation, and respect for nature. Visitors to this enchanting Provençal vineyard can immerse themselves in a setting where history, craftsmanship, and passion come together in every glass.
Château Margüi produces two distinct wine ranges, each with its own personality and charm:
Cuvée Château – The estate’s flagship collection, embodying the purity and finesse of Provence.
Rosé – Crafted with a blend of local grape varieties, these wines offer a perfect balance of freshness, fruitiness, and roundness, reflecting the diversity of the terroir.
White – Some parcels are harvested in slight over-ripeness, naturally resulting in rich and singular wines. A portion of the white wines undergoes vinification in new French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, adding depth and elegance.
Red – Made from low-yield, high-potential vineyard plots, these wines boast concentration, structure, and aging potential. Aged for an average of 18 months in barrels, they showcase the intensity and refinement of Provence’s finest reds.
Cuvée Bastide – A more intimate and atypical range, offering a unique expression of the estate’s terroir with limited-production wines.
