Chiorri

Located in the rolling hills of the Colli Perugini, just outside Perugia, Chiorri is a family-run winery and farmhouse dedicated to preserving the flavors and traditions of Umbria. With over 30 hectares of vineyards and a modern winery, we craft a range of DOC and IGT wines, all rooted in the authenticity of our land and heritage.

The Chiorri farmhouse, a restored 19th-century country home, welcomes guests for a truly Umbrian stay—immersed in nature, surrounded by vineyards, and embraced by warm hospitality. With panoramic views over the Tiber Valley, the agriturismo offers comfortable apartments, a swimming pool, children’s play area, and a tranquil environment for relaxation, wine, and local culture.

Here, guests can experience the life cycle of wine through tastings, traditional Umbrian cooking classes, and authentic farm-to-table meals, all in harmony with the peaceful rhythms of country life.

At Chiorri, our winemaking reflects the rich variety of our terroir and the diversity of our grape varieties. We cultivate Grechetto, Trebbiano, Malvasia, and Pinot Grigio for whites, and Sangiovese, Sagrantino, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon for reds.

From these grapes, we produce a wide range of over 15 different labels, including:
