About the Winery

ColSaliz Spumanti is a family-owned winery located in Refrontolo, in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG area. The Faganello family has produced wines here since 1904, now reaching its fourth generation. With 15 hectares of hillside vineyards, the winery produces around 300,000 bottles annually, focusing on high-quality sparkling wines crafted from Glera grapes. Combining tradition, modern Charmat-method expertise, and strong territorial identity, ColSaliz expresses the elegance, minerality, and authenticity of its unique hillside terroir.

Flavors, authenticity and heart

There are places that know how to speak to the heart, and the Colsaliz winery is one of them. Among the vineyards, the stories of the Faganello family and the aroma of the wine, time seems to slow down. The tasting of the four wines, accompanied by a platter of cured meats and cheeses, was a journey made of flavors, history and passion. But the most beautiful memory is the welcome: so authentic, simple and sincere that my friend Veronica and I found ourselves sharing pieces of our lives as you do with a lifelong friend. We arrived to taste some good wine and we left with something even more precious. Thank you from the heart.
