In our organic winery Cortijo el Cura , we understand that the exceptional quality of our wine and olive oil is not achieved by chance, but through hard work and passionate dedication. That is why we made a family winery in which we meticulously carry out each phase of the winemaking process.

In our winery, tradition is combined with innovation, using environmentally friendly methods to create wines that are not only delicious, but also sustainable. We are proud to share the fruit of our effort and dedication, inviting you to enjoy the unique experience that each bottle of wine from the organic Cortijo el Cura winery has to offer.

At Cortijo el Cura we want to help maintain the local varieties so we keep the old Jaén Blanca and Garnacha vines and, in addition, we like to innovate through touches of foreign varieties with the new vines.

The grape varieties we have in our vineyards are Jaén Blanca, Garnacha, Chardonnay, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Merlot.

We produce the following wines:
