Passion is the most important thing, the rest is a consequence. Working every day in close contact with mother earth and her creatures is a great privilege, but only by doing it with passion can we obtain the best results; if we add to passion a solid link with traditions and an openness to technological innovations that improve production processes and make them more sustainable, then work becomes a pleasure.
Nature cannot be dominated, but it can be shaped and respected. Cultivating with the organic method is a choice with a capital S, because it imposes sacrifices that are sometimes heavy to understand and share, but it can also give great satisfaction. In our opinion, organic farming in the vineyard is feasible even in our areas, but it requires investments and preparation; details are very important, certain care and attention you cannot have, you MUST HAVE, because they are the ones that allow you to bring to the cellar a crop in perfect condition, an essential requirement to obtain quality wines.
