Ville d'Arfanta
(Winery in Treviso)
Provides 4 wine tastings and winery visit from €30.00
Ville d'Arfanta is located in the heart of the Prosecco region, precisely in the northeast part of the DOCG hills. The best hillside vineyards in the Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG area produce the grapes that in the winery become Serena’s most important version of Prosecco. When they are fully ripe, the grapes are harvested by hand by experts who know and respect the vine’s life cycle. The terroir is a sun-kissed patch protected from north winds and dotted with the best vineyards in the province of Treviso. The uniqueness and special features of the area have earned the DOCG hills recognition as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Ruggeri
(Winery in Treviso)
Provides 4 wine tastings and winery visit from €36.00
Our story is deeply rooted in the winemaking tradition of Valdobbiadene, as evidenced by the ancient toponym “Case Bisoi” (the houses of Bisol), marked in historical maps at the heart of the Cartizze area. In the late 19th century, Eliseo Bisol owned a small winery in Santo Stefano, and his son Luigi, one of the first enologists in Valdobbiadene, built a winery in Montebelluna around 1920. In 1950, Giustino Bisol founded the new company with his cousin, whose surname was chosen as the brand for their business. From the very beginning, Ruggeri was one of the few wineries in Valdobbiadene dedicated to producing sparkling wine. Today, Giustino's legacy continues through the work of his son Paolo and granddaughter Isabella.
Like our vines, we are driven by a desire to grow and innovate, constantly exploring new possibilities within our territory. Our strong connection to tradition, combined with the expertise passed down through generations, grants us the freedom to experiment and take new paths. Ruggeri was the first winery to produce a sparkling wine exclusively from the grapes of century-old vines (Vecchie Viti) and the first in our denomination to craft an Extra Brut spumante, anticipating regulatory guidelines. With Cinqueanni, we pioneered a unique approach in the entire Prosecco Superiore territory, allowing the wine to rest for 48 months in the protective embrace of the autoclave, nurturing the intimate contact between the wine and the yeasts. Our exploration continues, embodying the spirit of innovation that is at the core of our identity.
Moretvini
(Winery in Treviso)
Provides 1 wine tasting and winery visit from €40.00
Moretvini was born in the heart of the Prosecco Superiore Conegliano and Valdobbiadene DOCG hills, where the love for nature by Francesco and his brother Valentino laid the foundation for their family's winemaking tradition. Starting as sharecroppers, their passion for the land has been passed down through three generations. Over time, the estate has modernized, but the core values of family management and dedication to the land remain.
In the UNESCO World Heritage area, Moretvini focuses on producing Prosecco Superiore, highlighting the full aromatic potential of the Glera grape. Alongside Prosecco, the winery creates wines that reflect personal tastes, including Chardonnay and the rare Manzoni Moscato.
The estate benefits from its exceptional location in San Pietro di Feletto, where the unique climate—created by the meeting of mountain and sea winds—provides an ideal environment for grape cultivation. This microclimate, combined with the constant exposure to the sun, allows the winery to produce wines that truly express the character of the land.
Ghisolana
(Winery in Treviso)
Provides 3 wine tastings and winery visit from €15.00
Ghisolana is a dedicated organic winery that has been producing earth-friendly wines for the past eight years. Located in a region rich in natural beauty and tradition, our vineyard thrives under the principles of organic farming, ensuring that our wines are free from pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers, and other synthetic chemicals. The decision to embrace organic practices was driven by our deep connection to the land and our commitment to preserving its purity. At Ghisolana, we believe that producing unique wines begins with a profound respect for the environment and every element that influences our vineyards.
Our winery stands out not only for the quality of our wines but also for the cutting-edge cultivation technologies we employ. These technologies, combined with traditional methods, allow us to create wines that are both genuine and of the highest quality. We meticulously oversee every step of the winemaking process, from the careful cultivation of our vines to the selective hand-picking of grapes. These grapes are then pressed at low temperatures in oxygen-free environments to preserve their natural characteristics. We use only local natural yeasts, allowing for a slow fermentation process that enhances the wine's complexity. Our scrupulous attention to detail ensures that our wines have no additives and contain only low levels of sulfites, offering a pure and authentic taste of our land.
Società Agricola Le Manzane
(Winery in Treviso)
Provides 3 wine tastings and winery visit from €15.00
Società Agricola Le Manzane is situated in San Pietro di Feletto, nestled between the Dolomites and Venice, in the heart of the Prosecco Superiore Hills — a region recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site on July 7, 2019. This hilly area in the province of Treviso is renowned for its unique geological and microclimatic conditions, which contribute to the production of high-quality wines that satisfy even the most refined palates.
The winery is a family affair, led by Ernesto Balbinot and his wife Silvana, along with his mother Elsa, father Osvaldo, who is the founder of the Balbinot family’s winemaking tradition, and their children Marco and Anna. The name "Le Manzane" comes from the location of the main vineyards, situated between Tarzo and Conegliano in an area called Manzana. This hilly strip of morainic origin, with its fertile soil resulting from the Würmian glaciation, is ideally suited for viticulture.
In 2022, Le Manzane expanded its operations by acquiring an additional 8-hectare estate with rustic buildings, which are currently being renovated for hospitality purposes. This estate is not only home to Glera vineyards but also to newly planted Pinot Noir and Incrocio Manzoni, to broaden their range of still wines. The total vineyard area now spans 82 hectares.
Le Manzane employs a state-of-the-art production facility hidden within a hill, following an extensive environmental redevelopment. The winery utilizes modern techniques such as thermovinification, temperature-controlled storage, and automatic bottling to preserve the wine's natural quality and freshness. In recent years, Ernesto Balbinot has further modernized the winery to meet customer demands and enhance the product's image, embodying the Italian style.
Visitors to the Veneto region, particularly the rolling hills of Treviso, are invited to visit Società Agricola Le Manzane. The winery offers a warm welcome, providing tours of the production process and the opportunity to purchase wines directly from their store, making it a worthwhile destination for anyone exploring the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore area.
