Spanning 20 hectares in an earthquake fault zone, the estate benefits from seven distinct soil types, creating a unique aromatic diversity in the wines. With vineyards averaging 35 years old and a planting density of 4,000 vines per hectare, Domaine Sylvie Fahrer produces wines that truly reflect the richness of Alsace.

Domaine Sylvie Fahrer
It is a family-run business both in terms of the winery's size and in terms of atmosphere and environment.
As for production, it embodies the typical Alsatian winery based on native grape varieties.
I tasted 5-6 types of wines and appreciated their quality, especially the Crémant and the Muscat.
The staff who received us (I remember Margot's name) was absolutely kind and ready to respond to every input.
