La cantina è nuova ma permette comunque di vedere ogni fase di trasformazione del vino. La degustazione è eccellente prevede la spiegazione di ogni vino, che era ben studiato e particolare, e il refill del calice nel caso di volontà, il tagliere di affettati e formaggi era davvero ricco.
Bellissima la storia della cantina e delle etichette che danno senso e gusto al vino assaggiato.
