About Winery and Wines
Celler Cesca Vicent is a small, family-run organic winery located in Gratallops, at the heart of the Priorat DOQ. The project began in the 1980s, when Cesca Vicent decided to restore and replant part of her family’s historic land, creating a new chapter in a long winemaking legacy, combining tradition with a commitment to sustainability.
In the year 2000, we built our own winery, driven by the excitement and vision of producing wines using only the grapes from our estate. It was the beginning of a new chapter—one where the vineyard and the wine would be fully connected, from soil to bottle.
Each visit is hosted by a member of the family, offering a close, authentic experience of the vineyard, the cellar, and the story behind every bottle.
At Celler Cesca Vicent, the land speaks through the wine: pure Priorat, crafted with care and respect.
Rooted in generations of connection to this land, the estate now spans 11 hectares of organically cultivated vineyards. We grow traditional and well-adapted varieties: Red Grenache, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, White Grenache, and Macabeu. Every grape is harvested by hand, with great care taken to preserve the integrity and expression of each variety. The steep slopes, diverse soils, and varied microclimates shape wines with character, depth, and a clear sense of place.
All wines are made exclusively from estate-grown,certified organic grapes, producing organic wines with authenticity, character and a deep respect for the land. These five wines showcase the personality of the estate:

Cesca Vicent: A young red blend featuring Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Syrah and Merlot. Fresh, balanced, and expressive of the Priorat’s terroir.
Garnatxa EG: A single-varietal organic Grenache. Fruity, elegant and vibrant, aged in French oak to highlight the grape’s purity and local identity.
Lo Piot: A bold blend of Grenache, Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in French oak barrels, it offers richness, structure and freshness with plenty of personality.
Abat Domènech: A wine that steps outside the classic Priorat profile, led by Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Syrah. Aged in french oak barrels, it’s powerful, spicy and distinctive.
Cabaler: A white made from Grenache and Macabeu. Partly fermented in stainless steel and partly in barrel with bâtonnage on the lees. Fresh, mineral, and beautifully textured.
