Fattoria Sardi is an organic and biodynamic winery located in the scenic countryside of Tuscany, between the Apuane and Appennino mountains and the Tyrrhenian Sea, just 5 km from Lucca. The estate spans 18 hectares of vineyards, surrounded by olive groves and forests. Benefiting from a unique microclimate influenced by the nearby mountains and sea, the winery is committed to sustainable practices, producing wines that reflect the natural beauty of the region.

Fattoria Sardi is renowned for its flagship Rosé, crafted with organic and biodynamic methods. In addition to its celebrated Rosé, the estate produces a variety of white, red, and sparkling Pet-Nat wines. The combination of sandy soils on the plains and clay-rich hillsides, along with optimal sun exposure and cool nights, enhances the complexity and freshness of the wines.
