La visita guidata presso la cantina Moscone è stata molto interessante. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere da soli e questo ha reso la visita ancor più speciale. La specialista che ci ha assistito è stata gentilissima nel raccontarci la storia del marchio e molto brava nel presentare i vini durante la degustazione. Il pranzo servito al VinBar, inoltre, è stato all'altezza dell'esperienza e ci ha permesso di assaggiare molti piatti tipici cucinati con amore e esperienza dal cuoco, che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere a fine pranzo. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati. Lo consiglierei a tutti! Vini e cibo eccellenti.
Da assaggiare, a fine degustazione, anche un Barolo della cantina. Noi abbiamo scelto il Barolo Bussia.

Giovane Ribelle Brut:
100% Nebbiolo, crafted using the Champagne Method. Aged on the lees for 24/36 months, offering a refined and rebellious character.

Langhe Chardonnay D.O.C.:
From the Bussia municipality, this Chardonnay is vinified in steel tanks and aged one year in the bottle. It delights with fruity and floral aromas.

Roero Arneis D.O.C.G.:
Grown in Monticello d'Alba, this white wine is fermented in steel tanks and showcases notes of white flowers and chamomile.

SIRI Rosè:
Made from 100% Nebbiolo, with only two days of maceration. Delicate aromas of rose petals and violets enhance its character.

Dolcetto d'Alba D.O.C.:
From Monforte d'Alba, this wine offers an intense bouquet of violet, cherry, and wild strawberries.

Nocciolino:
A blend of 90% Nebbiolo and 10% Dolcetto and Barbera, aged for 12 months in steel tanks. A unique and harmonious wine.

Barbera d'Alba D.O.C.:
Grown in Monforte d'Alba, this Barbera spends 10 months in French oak barrels. Its rich palate reveals notes of blackberry, strawberry, black pepper, and liquorice.

Nebbiolo d'Alba D.O.C.:
From Monforte d'Alba, aged for 2 years between oak barrels, stainless steel vats, and bottle. Soft yet persistent tannins and red berries and dried rose petal notes.

Barolo D.O.C.G.:
Produced from Bussia Mga vineyards, this full-bodied and elegant Barolo ages for 3 years in Slavonian oak, 2 years in steel tanks, and 1 year in the bottle. With the potential to age for over 20 years.

Barolo Bussia D.O.C.G.:
