At Fournarakis Winery & Traditional Distillery, our vineyards reflect the richness of the Cretan land and the authenticity of its native varieties.

Located in Episkopi Pediados, our vines thrive in a unique microclimate, shaped by the Mediterranean sun and the island’s fertile soil. We cultivate carefully selected grape varieties, combining the elegance of international grapes with the distinctive character of indigenous Cretan ones.

Our white wines are expressed through Vidiano, featured in our wine VIDI, and Assyrtiko, expressed in SYRTOS, both known for their freshness, aromatic complexity, and refined structure.

For our red wines, we work with Merlot, creating MICHAILOS, a wine with depth, smooth tannins, and rich fruit character.

Our rosé wine REHITIS is crafted from the traditional Cretan varieties Kotsifali and Mandilari, offering a vibrant color, balanced acidity, and a lively, fruity profile.

Finally, our aromatic expression of Muscat is captured in MARIZELLA, a wine that stands out for its floral aromas and elegant sweetness.
