About Winery and Wines

After studyng at the school desk and years spent as a construction site worker, I finally managed to realise my dream in 2000. The new millennium saw me working in the vineyards that were once my grandfather's and then my father's and hence being born as a producer. Bringing together tradition and technique I aim to produce wines which reflect our land, the Langhe, in the best possible way. Their intense aromas remind us of the springtime whilst their structure reminds us of the strenuous vineyard work. Knowing that in this type of work nothing should be taking for granted and even working in the same way each vineyard and each barrel are different, the vintage then adds its own touch, trasforming our work into a continuous challenge to produce wine which macth our high expectations each year. My business isn't big, just three hectares of vineyard, where I grow Dolcetto in Pisote, Nebbiolo da Barolo in Rocchettevino and Barbera in Monticello, on the sandy soil left of the River Tanaro.
