GROSJEAN
About the Winery
Grosjean Vins is a family-owned winery located in Quart, in the Aosta Valley, where vineyards climb steep alpine slopes shaped by altitude and mountain climate. The Grosjean family has been producing wine for generations, building a strong identity rooted in tradition, experience, and a deep connection to their land.
The estate’s vineyards are planted on terraced hillsides at high elevations, where cool temperatures and marked day–night temperature variations allow grapes to ripen slowly and develop freshness, aromatic precision, and balance. Careful vineyard work and attentive winemaking result in wines that are elegant, expressive, and true to their origin.
Grosjean Vins produces a diverse range of white, red, and sparkling wines, made from both indigenous grape varieties typical of the Aosta Valley and selected international varieties. Each wine reflects the character of mountain viticulture, offering clarity, vibrancy, and a strong sense of place.
About the Wines
Our work is based on characterising our wines according to the territory where they are produced. In fact, the steep slopes of the vineyards and the peculiarities of the terrain are typical of the mountain territory, and we want to transmit to our wines, from the international ones such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, to the autochthonous ones such as Fumin, Torrette and Cornalin, all the characteristics of the territory where they are born to best represent our personality as a company and as a region of Valle d'Aosta.
