I Giusti & Zanza Vigneti is an historical reality of Tuscan viticulture, it grew from the renovation of an old Estate which, by the Hills of Fauglia, produced wine from the beginning of the XIX century.

At present we cultivate 17 hectares, mainly producing red grapes. The density of plantation varies, for the different grapes cultivated, from 9,000 to 10,500 vines per hectare, the age of the vines ranges from 10 years for the youngest plants to 40 years for the oldest. Grape production is at its most 8,000kilos per hectare with low plant yield that guarantees the perfect ripeness of grapes.
