This is not something born to amaze the visitor, but it’s the result of serious agronomic and scientific research concerning the beneficial effects of musical frequencies on the vines, supported by the Universities of Florence and Pisa, and from the center of agronomic research of Arezzo, and sponsored by the prestigious company BOSE, specialized in the production of audio systems. Paradiso di Frassina is renowned for its exceptional wines, all crafted from Sangiovese Grosso grapes grown on their 4 hectares of vineyard. The estate produces three distinct wines: " the D.O.C.G. "Moz Art Wine," and the Rosso di Montalcino D.O.C. "Gea." both particularly notable for its unique production method, as the grapes are grown in the Mozart Vineyard, where the vines are exposed to the music of Mozart, enhancing the wine's complexity and elegance.

In addition to their Brunello offerings, Paradiso di Frassina also produces the "Do" a Super Cru wine from their Maremma vineyards. This wine is a unique blend of 12 different grape varieties, showcasing a distinctive and complex profile.
