Jaume Giró i Giró is one of the most historic cellars of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. It is known for the manufacture of hand produced Cavas in very limited quantities. Currently the company is directed by an enologist Ramon Giró Gramona, the third generation of the family who has impelled it forward in the manufacture and quality of his products: BEST SPARKLING WINE in GUIDE GOURMETS 2015 Some years ago we started Organic Certification of our products. Today we have 6 ORGANIC CAVAS and 2 ORGANIC WINES.
