La Sala del Torriano

La Sala del Torriano is a boutique winery located 20 km south of Florence, in the northeastern area of Chianti Classico. Passionate about Sangiovese, the winery combines traditional Chianti Classico practices with modern technology and a commitment to organic farming. With 34 hectares of vineyards, the winery focuses on producing high-quality, limited-quantity wines that reflect the unique terroir of their two vineyard locations: Il Torriano in Montefiridolfi and La Sala surrounding the cellar.

La Sala del Torriano produces a range of wines, including Chianti Classico Annata, Riserva, and the Gran Selezione Il Torriano, as well as the IGT Campo all’Albero. With a focus on quality, only the best grapes are selected to become La Sala del Torriano wines, resulting in a total production of 50,000 bottles. Each wine is carefully crafted to embody the essence of the Chianti Classico region, ensuring a memorable experience in every bottle.
