Excellent wine in a stunning location

We tasted 5 different wines during our visit to Le Vie Angarano in the beautiful wine cellar of the house, surrounded by dozens of barrels. All of them were excellent and Ms Giovanna helped us identifying their peculiarities and nuances while tasting them. I appreciated also the fact that the leaflet we received described very well the specific flavors of every single wine, as well as their perfect match with food.

About Winery and Wines

Embraced by the colonnade of a Palladian villa, you will discover an all-female tradition at Le vie Angarano. Here, where grapes have been ripening since the 13th century, it is the strength of women that bestows the fruit of the vine. The Bianchi Michiel sisters tell the story of a great legacy. A few key words: a historic residence surrounded by vineyards, a Venetian family with a Doge's style, a direct descendant, an entrepreneur, a destiny.

The vineyards of Le vie Angarano are the only ones cultivated right next to the bank of the Brenta River. As a result, they are born on soil of alluvial and clay origin that gives the wine a distinct acidity, structure, and longevity, making it unique. They produce organic wines, among their most important labels are Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Vespaiolo, and two rosés one still and one sparkling.
